Of the five people arrested in Berkeley, three people’s charges were not filed. (These were the three people facing felony charges.) Two people’s arraignments got pushed to tomorrow (TUESDAY). One is at 9am in 107, and one is at 2pm in 112. Please come out tomorrow and support!!!
