Eric’s court is this Thursday at 9am at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse (12th and Oak St in downtown Oakland) Dept 11.

Please take note, that the DA has forced a postponement of the preliminary hearing. This means that his appearance will be another short date setting appearance rather than a full day of court proceedings. Supporters will still be appreciated to help hinder and outnumber the presence of fascists and right wing trolls and to show the various forces of repression that we are united in our struggle and won’t allow them -the state or the fascists- to make an example of one of us. This court appearance will not be as intense or as long as what we’ve been preparing for.

Whether or not you can make it Thursday, stay tuned to our announcements on Eric’s future court appearances. We do expect his next date to be the preliminary hearing, which can be an all day affair where large numbers of supporters will be greatly appreciated!
