If you have been arrested and your charges weren’t filed, be aware that they can choose, at any point within a year, to charge you. If you get arrested again within the year, they can choose to pile on the charges from your previous arrest that have yet to be filed.

Do not post pictures to social media of you or anyone else at demos. Do not write incriminating posts about yourself or others. The police sift through social media after actions in order to make arrests in the weeks and even months following.

Do not bring drones to demos! Just as you should not be photographing folks at demos, do not use drones with cameras in them. We are not sure if the police are using them to photograph people at demos but be on the look out for that as well!
